What if an army of pawns marched into pump.fun?
Pawns never sell.
Creator fees from every $PAWNS trade spawn pawns: $3 of $PAWNS locked in an address no one has a key to. Every fee in and every pawn out is on this page, with its transaction.
Drops at launch
No CA yet. Any $PAWNS you see before the official account posts it is a fake.
How it works
Volume spawns pawns
No team wallet buying back when it feels like it. A public router turns creator fees into pawns, one $3 buy at a time.
- 1
You trade $PAWNS
pump.fun pays creator fees on every buy and sell.
- 2
The router collects
Every few minutes a public wallet, the router, claims the fees.
- 3
Pawns spawn
For every $3 in the router, a buyer wallet it funds buys $PAWNS straight into a brand new pawn address, in one transaction.
- 4
Pawns hold
A pawn address has no private key. Nobody can ever move its tokens.
Pawns pay creator fees on their own buys too, so every pawn chips in a sliver of the next one.
What one pawn costs
- Buy
- $3.00 of $PAWNS Priced in SOL at the moment of the buy. Swap fees included.
- Token account
- 0.0015 SOL Solana rent to hold a token. It stays locked with the pawn.
- Network fees
- ≈ 0.00002 SOL One transaction, signed by the router and the pawn's buyer: fund, buy and lock together. If it fails, nothing is spent.
Live ledger
Every fee, every pawn
Straight from the router. Every pawn links to its buy on Solscan, so you can check any number on this page yourself.
Example data. The ledger fills with real fees, pawns and transactions once the router runs.
Where every SOL of fees went
0 SOL receivedFees received vs sent to pawns
Cumulative, SOLThe two lines sit on top of each other when fees go straight out as pawns. A gap that keeps growing means fees are piling up in the router or going somewhere else.

Waiting for feesA pawn spawns as soon as the router holds one pawn's worth: the $3 buy plus the cost of opening its token account.
Do pawns sell?
Pawns have no key, so they can't. The router re-checks every balance on-chain every hour anyway.

The rules it runs on
Hard limits in the router's code. If it ever has to skip a pawn, the fees stay in the router and show on the ledger.
- Pawn size
- $3 of $PAWNS, priced in SOL at the buy
- Fees to pawns
- 100% of $PAWNS creator fees
- Claim
- The router claims creator fees every 5 minutes
- Spawn
- One pawn for every full pawn's worth in the router, bought by its own wallet
- One pawn, one address
- Worked out from the coin and the pawn's number. Never reused
- Selling
- Impossible. No key exists for a pawn address
- One transaction
- Fund the buyer, buy, lock. If any step fails, nothing is spent
- Speed limit
- 30 pawns a minute. Extra fees wait in the router
- Gas buffer
- 0.01 SOL always stays in the router
- Pause
- One command stops spawning. The ledger keeps updating

The fine print
Do pawns ever sell?
No, and they can't. A pawn isn't a wallet with a key. Its address is worked out from three public things: the word “pawn”, the $PAWNS contract and the pawn's number. An address made this way has no private key, by math, and the Solana program it comes from never signs for anyone.
A buyer wallet, funded by the router for that one buy, buys $3 of $PAWNS straight into the pawn's account in the same transaction. After that, nobody can move those tokens: not the dev, not the buyer, not a hacker who steals the router's key.
pump.fun coins have no freeze authority and no permanent delegate, so nothing can pull tokens out of a pawn either. The router still re-checks every balance each hour, and the ledger shows the result.
Who are all those pawn buyers on pump.fun?
Every pawn has its own buyer: a wallet the router funds for that one buy. The tokens land straight in the keyless pawn, and the buyer spends exactly what it got, so it ends with nothing. These are not outside traders. Every buyer is listed in Latest pawns, next to its pawn.
Pawns #1 to #30 are bought by the 30 Season 1 voice wallets, run by the team. Each keeps 1% of its buy so pump.fun lets it post its thesis. That 1% sits in a wallet with a key, so it could be sold. The ledger shows it.
Where do the fees go?
- 100% of creator fees are claimed by the router, a public wallet.
- The router spends them on pawn buys and on what it costs to open each pawn's token account.
- What hasn't been spent yet waits in the router. You can see it on the ledger and on Solscan.
- The dev's share is a line on the ledger. It's at zero, and it stays visible.
Do pawns hold the price up?
No. A pawn is $3. On a busy day that's a small share of the volume. Pawns add holders and a steady trickle of buys. They don't stop anyone from selling.
How do I check all of this?
- Open the router on Solscan. Incoming creator fees and every pawn buy are there.
- Click any pawn in Latest pawns. Its address holds the tokens and has never sent any.
- Recompute the pawns yourself. The router's code is public, and its verify command rebuilds every pawn address from its number, checks it has no key and that it still holds its tokens.
- Fees received should equal pawn buys, plus network costs, plus what's waiting in the router. The ledger shows that sum.

Risks
- Memecoins can go to zero. Pawns hold all the way down.
- Pawn tokens are locked for good. They can never be sold, not even to save the project.
- Pawns are small. They add holders, not a price floor.
- Fees depend on volume. A quiet day means few pawns.
- About 0.0015 SOL of every pawn goes to opening its token account, not to the buy.
- The 30 Season 1 voice wallets keep 1% of pawns #1 to #30. They have keys, so that sliver could be sold.
- The dev runs the router and can stop it.
- pump.fun can change its fees, its programs or how creator fees are paid.
